Thanks, You Are Owlsome!

Hello!

Tara is joining us on the blog today with the cutest set of owl thank you cards!  I love the pop on color with one of the owls against the black and white background.  She used the Outrageous Owls stamp set for these cards.

Her coloring is amazing and the little white details on the owls are so perfect!

This set would create a great gift for a teacher, co-worker, or friend!  It's one of my favorite gifts to give because it's handmade and then the recipient can pass on the handmade love too!

Tara even stamped a black and white owl on the inside of each card to match with the outside.  These cards were inspired by Amy of Prairie Paper and Ink.

Thanks for stopping by!

Interactive Slider Card

Hello!

I've seen these slider cards all of social media, but I have yet to make one myself!  Lisa created a cute one with the Sunny Day and Butterfly Kisses stamp sets.

For the background, she stamped the sentiment, clouds, and sun with the Sunny Day set.  It goes together so well with the butterflies!  I love how the two smaller butterflies are popped up on the card.

The larger butterfly is the one that you can move across the card.  It really gives a whole new meaning to "bringing the card to life!"

Have a great day!

Butterfly Kisses

Hello!

We're happy to have Cassie on the blog today and she created a fun tag-shaped card!  The stamps she used are from our Butterfly Kisses stamp set.

This is such a pretty color combination and I love the use of Distress Inks for the heart.  A few sequins and this card is ready to send!

Have a great day!

Construction Themed Birthday Card using Mint Owl Studio Stamps

Hello!

Welcome to another Mint Monday!  Jess has an awesome video for you today!  Don't forget to wear your outside clothes because things are going to get a little muddy!

Watch here || Watch on YouTube

She used the Under Construction set for the dump truck and the Piggy Party set for the sentiment.  I love the watercolor background and how it looks like mud.  It works so well with this card!

Since Jess didn't want to create a Father's Day card, she found the birthday sentiment in another stamp set.  This card would be perfect for a little boy or girl or anyone that likes construction!

I love how the yellow dump truck pops against the brown and white background.  So fun!

Have a great day!

You're The Best

Happy Friday!

Jung is with us on the blog today and her card is going to make your jaw drop to the ground!  Just look at her coloring!  Amazing!  She used the Under Construction set to create this card.  Perfect for Father's Day or for a little boy.  We all know how hard those cards are to create!

She heat embossed the sentiment white white embossing powder on a strip of black card stock and then added in a few of the Kaleidoscope sequins.

Have a great weekend,
Tracy

Copic Coloring on Vellum

Hello!

Tara is here with us today with a video tutorial!  She always has the most creative cards and I know that you are going to love this one!

Watch here || Watch on YouTube

She started by inking up her background with the Honeycomb Dot Stencil and Distress Inks.  She then heat embossed the dashed line and sentiment from the Butterfly Kisses stamp set with white embossing powder.

After also heat embossing the butterfly onto vellum, she colored it in with Copic Markers.

I love the little bit of patterned paper she added to the bottom, along with the white faux stitching.

The card wouldn't be complete without a little stamping on the inside!  Finishes the card perfectly!

Have a great day!

Just Because Watercolor Card

Hello!

I am so excited to share Cassie's card with you today because it is absolutely stunning!  I am so lucky to have the most talented designers on my team!  She combined the Love For Mom and Butterfly Kisses stamp sets.

I love the watercolor look and how it isn't perfect!  Puts the pressure off and allows you to have fun creating.

The color combination of the red/pink flowers and the blue background is gorgeous!  The flowers pop right off the page.  I also love how the butterfly blends into the flowers because that is usually what they do in really life.

Have a great day!
