Melting Over You

Hello!

I am completely in awe at Cassie's card!  The color combo is gorgeous and the technique is awesome!  Watercoloring is one of my favorite techniques because you don't have to be perfect.  In fact, I always think watercolor looks better when it is done more loosely.

She heat embossed the ice cream bars from the Ice Cream, You Scream set and did the watercoloring over the top of it.

I loved the stitched edge along the outside to finish off the card.

Have a great day,
Tracy

New Stencils!

Happy Friday!

We are so excited to share our new line of stencils!  There are four different designs that will take your card making to the next level.  These designs work perfectly and coordinate well with our stamps.

We also have a very limited bundle of all four stencils in the shop for only $22.80!  That's a $5 savings, which is almost the cost of one stencil.

Let's take a look at some projects that were made with these new stencils!

This is such a fun stencil to use with our Coffee Craze stamp set.

I love how this looks like an old tile floor.  The white embossing paste on the black card stock is gorgeous!

I used a rainbow of Distress Inks and then went over it with Clear Embossing Paste for texture.  So fun!

You have to pair the Ice Cream Cone stencil with the Ice Cream, You Scream stamp set.  It's a match made in heaven!

We hope you are loving the new stencils as much as we are!
Have a great weekend,
Tracy

Have A Sweet Birthday

Hello!

Tara is sharing one of the most creative and adorable cards I have seen!  She combined the Ice Cream, You Scream and Class Act stamp sets.  Not two sets that you would think work together, but she proved us wrong!

She masked off the little girls face to make it look like she was facing backwards toward the ice cream.  That size dish of ice cream is definitely my size!  The coloring and shadows are amazing and really make this card come to life.

She also stamped the sentiment on the inside to match the one on the outside.  Just perfect!

Have a great day!

School Scrapbook Layout

Hello!

We have something a little different than what we normally share for you today!  Lisa created the cutest school layout with the Class Act stamp set!  It shows you how well stamps work for scrapbooking too.

She stamped and colored the little boy, the bus, the pencils, and the apple.  I think it turned out so cute and these embellishments are much more affordable than the pre-made embellishments!

Have an awesome day!

Teacher Thank You

Hello!

Cassie is joining us today with an adorable teacher thank you card with the Class Act stamp set!  I love how the background looks like a piece of notebook paper.  It ties in so well with the rest of the card.

The solid stamped images are perfect to add to the background and the colors match perfectly.  I love how she stamped all of the sentiments and made her own!

The colored pencils are so fun and the Kaleidoscope sequins are the perfect finished touch!

Have a great day!

Stencil Brushes on a Mother's Day Card

Hello!

It's another awesome Monday!  Jess is joining us for a gorgeous Mother's Day card.  It's less than 2 weeks away, so don't forget to make your card or cards!  The awesome part about Jess' card is that you could swap out the sentiment and use it for a birthday or thank you card.

I love the color palette that she chose for this card.  It's definitely one of my all time favorites!

She created this one layer card by started by stamping the flowers from the Love For Mom stamp set in VersaFine ink, covering it with clear embossing powder, and heat embossing it.  She then colored in each flower with Distress Inks and Stencil brushes.  This is such a cool technique!

Finally, she added in a few sequins from the Royalty, Hearts and Kisses Mix and Mint Owl Mix.

Have a great day!

Stained Glass Shaker Card Tutorial

Hello!

I love the bright, bold colors she used for the flowers.  They are so pretty!

She used the spring to create the background of the card.  The perfect example of how to use that stamp.

Don't forget that you can always add the sentiment to the inside of the card.  Something I have been doing more of myself lately.  Thank you Tara for sharing your first card with us!  It is stunning!

Have a great day,
Tracy
